Creating Positive Norms / Safety

Similarly to your work with students, it is useful to analyse the present situation and create a set of positive norms with parents, if you observe negative attitudes in their group.

To this goal, you may find inspiration in anti-discrimination and cultural sensitivity trainings (see in the School chapter).
