Negative
Negative attitudes may vary from implicit stereotypes, through mistrust, to open hostility from both sides, i.e. local and migrant families.
If you observe such negative attitudes in the group of parents, it may be useful to provide them with space to pose questions, and reflect on issues that are troubling them. Some kind of anti-discrimination training, allowing taking perspective of the new family, for example within a regular parents’ meeting could be one of the possible options. Also try to learn what the migrant family may need to better adapt to the new place and life situation (preferably during an individual meeting).
