Positive reasons for emigration

Positive = Reasons which are intentional, wanted and planned by a family, e.g. looking for better job. Whether a given reason is positive or negative, it will always depend on a subjective evaluation of a given person and the judgement may be different among members of one family, e.g. between parents and children.

Negative = Reasons perceived as external, unintentional and unwanted, e.g. poor living conditions, inability to find employment in the home country, persecution, life-threatening dangers (see forced migrant). Whether a given reason is positive or negative, it is always a subjective evaluation of a given person and the judgement may be different among members of one family, e.g. between parents and children.
