Although non-educational staff may seem less crucial for building a culturally inclusive school environment, they are still a very important source of experience and exposition to certain attitudes and behaviours for both migrant and local students.

Therefore, the non-educational staff should not be neglected in the process of creating an open and culturally sensitive school.
