Systemic discrimination?
Is the school environment free from unjustified distinctions between people based on the groups, classes, or other categories they belong to or are perceived to belong to (such as language, nationality, race, gender, age, religion, disability, or sexual orientation)?
Does the educational system implicitly facilitate any types of discrimination of that sort?
Does the system recognise and meet specific educational needs of the migrant students (e.g. related to language proficiency, transfer from a very different educational system, etc.)?
