School
The concept of school may be understood in various ways. Here we divided the school into three areas that shall be taken into consideration.
The first one relates to the educational system of your own country as well as to the specific organizational culture of your school.
The second area relates to the physical building and space that may or may not be prepared for cultural and lingual diversity.
Finally, we refer to school as a community of people; namely students and both educational and non-educational staff. It is very important that the school authorities pay attention to preparing staff for working with culturally diverse children (e.g., by organizing workshops or consultations)
